Outstanding Service Tech

Mrs. Skinner, I’ve been told that you are the person to contact with regard to any kudos that might be offered up about Envirotech/RainSoft technicians. This isn’t something I typically do so bear with me if I begin to ramble pointlessly. We’ve owned a RainSoft water softener, purchased from Envirotech, since May of 2002 and in that time we’ve seen three or four different service technicians. While none of them have ever been rude or discourteous, the difference between how the other technicians handle their business and me as a customer, and how Derek handles it all is quite obvious. Derek is noticeably skilled, knowledgeable about his job, the equipment and how to perform his tasks with great efficiency. Watching him move from one task to the next, never having to stop and think about what needs to be done next, makes for shorter and highly efficient service calls. In short, he knows what he’s doing, and it’s very apparent. His ability to do his job, answer any and all questions while sharing in “small talk” without ever breaking stride in servicing the equipment makes for a smooth and personable transaction with the customer. Your technicians are somewhat the face of your organization because they deal directly with the customers and having Derek as one of your representatives can be nothing but a positive for your business. It’s night and day, the difference between how he carries himself and how the other techs handle the job. His easy-going nature in dealing with the customer and skill level at performing his job puts the customer at ease because we know when he speaks we’re being told the truth and when he works it will be a job well done. I won’t even go into detail about his willingness to “go the extra mile” to make sure that the job is done right and the customer is happy on all accounts. Suffice to say, I can find little fault in how he operates and represents your company. He’s a top-notch representative, a terrific technician and most importantly… a good person. I’m pretty sure you’re aware of how good a tech he is but I felt compelled to add my name to the list of folks that are extremely satisfied with his service. Our water tastes better.  It requires very little maintenance.  The water is softer.  We have had a RainSoft unit for 20 years.

First I noticed that the water tasted better than water from market.  I have enjoyed this system very much.  My family came over so much to get water that I told them I am going to start charging them.  It saves money and my skin feels softer.

I would encourage you to consider the environmentally friendly nature of RainSoft systems.  Purchasing bottled water is not only economically a bad choice (investment) the plastics are an environmental nightmare.  Petroleum is required to make the bottles, which are used once and send mostly to landfills.  The chemicals in the plastic bottles leach into the water we drink.  We’re far better off to drink filtered water from non-disposable containers.  So if you don’t worry about your health – then think about your pocketbooks and the earth you live on!

 

Also, check the figures on bladder cancer – the incidence is on the rise.  The chlorine which keeps our drinking water safe is also killing us.  Why drink it or shower with it when you can filter it out?

I like RainSoft because the water tastes better.  Skin feels softer after showers and we use less laundry soap.  You have the best service technician, Derek is the best!

I like RainSoft because it is awesome!  It is so pure, which is our main concern for our autistic daughter.  It was worth every penny.  We recommend it to everyone who buys bottled water or has sensitive skin.

I like RainSoft because the water actually tastes clean and fresh.  We have not purchased bottled water in over a year.  Also, the use of laundry detergent has greatly decreased.

Larry (service tech) was professional and I appreciate him explaining the repair prices and any questions I asked.  The water is softer and seems to clean better.  I would like to have Larry out again.

The main reason we went with RainSoft was because we wanted healthier, better tasting food and water.  Skin feels softer and clothes are cleaner and last longer.  You use less soaps and chemicals.
