July 5, 2009 My sales rep did a great job of explaining the system to me. The water testing was very educational. Everyone I have dealt with by phone, sales rep, electrician and the quality control man have all been very professional and very patient & helpful with all my questions. I love the system!! IT IS AWESOME!! I have already started telling people about it.
