...Awesome Customer Service Skills...

Jason Showed up for the appointment and he was very polite, respectful & well mannered. We were skeptical at first but he was so great at explaining everything in detail, very thorough. He was so friendly and down to earth. He did not make us feel like we were being pressured at all, which in return made us much more comfortable. All in all Jason was awesome and for that we would recommend Rain Soft to everyone.

Aaron came out to install the equipment in rain or shine. He was also kind, friendly and down to earth. He did most of the work while being rained on and for that he is a dedicated worker.

So with that being said both gentlemen were great and showed awesome customer service skills.
