Our sales person was friendly knowledgeable and professional.  The presentation was shocking!  You don’t realize how bad 21 grain water is until you actually see it.  Our installer was quite professional, helpful in understanding, he clearly takes pride in his work.  Remarkable improvement in our water.  Glassware and crystal has not looked this good since it came out of the box.  Hard water buildup in the shower is history!  The peace of mind from knowing we have pure H2 O is worth the price.
