Chuck was very friendly and at ease, and knowledgeable.  We canceled an appointment with a different company the next day.  Lifetime warranty attracted us!  Installation was done the next day.  He did a great job.  The water is wonderful.  Our skin feels softer and smoother! Better soap suds, and rinses off cleaner!  The drinking water is great!
