Stacy was very friendly and informative. Dave, installer, was great. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. Everyone was great. So far the water tastes a million times better and I can see the spots diminishing as the hot water is cycled thru with the RainSoft. Thanks a bunch! (Malcom was great too!)
