The Whole Experience Has Been Fantastic!

We have noticed we are using less soap and there is a better feel to the water in the shower. Faucets are less plugged (had calcium deposits in faucets that needed to be flushed out periodically). We've wanted to get a new unit after our old one was shorted out and the service technician waterproofed our new one. We would definitely recommend others buy a RainSoft because the whole experience has been fantastic! You are getting much more for the money than a water treatment system. The service people have been back to the house three times after the installation, just to check things and ensure everything was working properly.
