Chuck was very excellent in his introduction. Eventhough my wife and I are deaf, he tried to communicate his best through writing. He was very good at this introduction and clearly making it easy to understand. He convinced us of our "dirty" water we had.

We really like to thank him for making every effort to help us understand.
