Everyone we have come in contact with at the Rainsoft company has been excellent. Patrick's presentation was long but extremely informative. Tracy was very kind and courteous over the phone. Frank, who did the installation was by far one of the most thoughtful and courteous people I've met in a long time.

John was also very kind and professional. In a time when customer service seems to be very low on the list of priorities for most companies it is very clear that it is on the top of the list for Rainsoft.
