Willing to go the extra mile to help the customer...

Nice young man (sales) knew water systems well. I have a water system in my K.C. home and he didn't  bore me with itmes I already knew. Willing to go the extra mile to help the customer get what was needed versus selling stuff they didn't need. Was a pleasure doing business with. He left me contact info for himself and asked me to call it addiotional questions or concerns come up.
