We have had our RainSoft Water Treatment System for more than 2 years now. We are very glad we bought the system, as our water was very hard. The first thing we noticed was the lack of chemical smells from the running water as it flowed out of the faucet. This makes the water more appealing to drink straight from the faucet. We used to have a Britta Water Filtration System, and we don't have to use it anymore. We have two little kids who like to drink a lot of water, and now they are enjoying our water very much.
When taking a shower, we noticed our hair and skin being softer.
We have a hot tub, and used to get lime deposits on the sensor, and in the tub, that has greatly been reduced. We used to get mineral deposits on the shower and facet heads, which no longer occurs.
The humidifier we use, developed mineral deposits on the heating element. We had to soak it for 24 hours in Lime Away to remove it. We no longer have to do that.
We also enjoy the soaps and detergents given to us. We are saving money because we are still using your products.
We have also had a great response when we called regarding problems we had resetting the unit after adding salt tablets. The people we spoke with talked us through the process to help us reset the unit.
