Since receiving your equipment, we wish to comment on our satisfaction of your installation and the quality of your product.  During installation, the piping in our basement posed some initial problems.  But the installers were very efficient in determining the requirements to attach your equipment to our piping system.

 

During the last month, we have noticed a significant improvement in the quality of the water for drinking and cleaning.  The reduction in cleaning products has been very noticeable.  Even our cleaning service employees remarked about the efficiency of the RainSoft system while using the cleaning materials that you supplied.  They also mentioned that they liked the pleasant aroma of the “Resource” cleaner.

 

The taste of the water is noticeably improved.  All beverages made with water (hot tea and iced tea) taste so much better and there are no stains or sediment on the containers.  We also feel better knowing the health benefits of drinking clean, soft, pure water.
