Jason was really helpful and enthusiastic about the RainSoft system.  He showed us anything that we need and/or had questions about.  Unlike most people that come to your door, we weren't pressured into buying this system.  As for the system, we love it.  It is very clean and I can already see a difference in every way we use it.
