Extremely satisfied!  Sales people, installers, and inspector were all courteous and knowledgeable - very personable.  Kept with agreed price, even with a month delay between initial contract and decision to purchase.  Professional installer took pride in work.  Facts presented at demonstration were very interesting.  No pressure on sale.  Cleaning products were an added plus.  The Americana was a totally unexpected bonus!  We look forward to enjoying the benefits of clear, clean mineral-free water.
