Bill West actually came to our house 11 years ago (we weren't able then to purchase it) and he remembered us and alot of details about our lives.

We were quite impressed.

He was very polite and very helpful. I really appreciated The Americana Shopper Program. The water is awesome and I'll be happy to quit going to Walmart for Culligan water.
