I am writing this letter to express my pleasure with my Gold Package RainSoft Water Treatment System. I bought this system in March 2007. I have not had any problems with the system. My water is softer and purer because of this system. I have recommended the system to many of my neighbors and friends. Ms. Lillie in customer service was very helpful in assisting me with the required maintenance and supplies for my unit. She was very professional, courteous, and compassionate. She is a true saleswoman.
So, i just wanted to take the time to convey this to you and the company, I appreciate your product and RainSoft continues to grow locally, nationally, and internationally. Thank you for allowing me to experience a product that enhances my quality of life.
