This is to commend the technicians on the excellent service and explanation of my RainSoft system.

Although, we weren't on the same page, as it relates to the type of service and charge, I must admit that the techs were very courteous and professional as the matter was addressed by the service center.

Thanks again for softening up my water, we were suffering without the system.
