All aspects of the systems were completely covered in the presentation and very well explained. The company representative was very professional and at no time was pushy. The gentleman who did the actual installation was likewise very professional and took the time to answer our questions in a simple yet very clear manner.

 

We are very pleased with the performance of the RainSoft water system. We did have a small leak in the reverse osmosis system. It was taken care of with no problems within hours of our call to the office.
