I have wanted to write this letter for quite some time but
never seemed to get around to it.
I want to extend my thanks to you and your company for the
installation and follow-up service of my RainSoft water treatment system. I
must admit that I really had no intentions of purchasing the system when your
salesman, Ed Palmer, first came by. Ed, besides being a nice guy, was very
persuasive. However, the most important selling point of your system was not
anything that Ed told us about. As with any product, it was your reputation
that sold us. We had heard nothing but good things about the RainSoft system
and Ed’s demonstration reinforced our trust.
After purchasing the system, I was having some second
thoughts. However, after the installation of the system, we found that it was
every bit as good as advertised. Our clothes were softer and cleaner, there was
a noticeable difference in our showers, and our drinking water tasted
better…much to the displeasure of Poland Spring!
Although we are very satisfied with our RainSoft system,
what has impressed us even more is your service. After installation you
followed up with us to make sure everything was all right. When we did have a
minor problem (a dripping drinking water faucet), you personally came out to
replace it. Most importantly, you answered all of our questions regarding the
system and made sure we were comfortable with using it.
