I noticed that my water softener was not running and decided that I probably needed a new one since it was 22 years old. I called my dealer ( RainSoft of Cincinnati ) and person who answered quickly accessed my file and told me that many of the parts have a life-time warranty, so I might need only a repair. Doug ( My repairman ) called and set an appointment. He arrived on that day several minutes early, was very pleasent, examined the water softener and said he only needed to replace three parts. He also said that the machine was in good shape and should last quite a few more years. He answered several questions I had about the system and could not have been more helpful and pleasant. As I said, I have had RainSoft employees deliver salt over many years and can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience with them or the office staff. Keep up the good work.
