I am writing to you in reference to not only our RainSoft water
treatment and conditioner you installed, but the service we have received. We
are so pleased with the system. I do not know what we would do without it now,
or how we did without it before. My clothes are much whiter and brighter, our
electric bill has dropped substantially (about 10%) the reverse osmosis tap
water is great. We’ve got friends and neighbors amazed at the taste. I’m using
much less detergents & foods, and can savor the flavors so much more when
cooking. I use to have to scrub out my pans and tea pitchers every month or so
to remove the stain I thought the foods were leaving. Now I know it wasn’t the
food residue it was the elements in the water! We haven’t had to scrub a pan
yet and my tea pitcher has no tea stains! Wow!!
Now about your service. We are so pleased with the
installation and for helping us with the most recent problem. It seems our hot
water heater burnt out a wire therefore offsetting the thermostat. Not knowing
if it was our RainSoft, I called. Terry your technician came right over and was
determined to be an electrical problem with the water heater. Even though it
wasn’t a problem with the RainSoft equipment, Terry quickly and efficiently
helped us get the help we needed. It was a problem that the local electric
company had to fix, but just knowing Terry was willing to come and check meant
a lot.
We are so happy with the system and the service.
