What a wonderful difference we have seen, felt, and tasted in our RainSoft water! As you predicted, by ten days after the system was is place, we had much softer hot and cold water and hence have seen a dramatic decrease in the amount of detergent, soap, and shampoo use. Our skin feels much softer and the water tastes so crisp and clean. Everything is so much cleaner (clothes, dishes, etc) and rinses well. We truly are pleased with our new water treatment system and highly recommend it to anyone who has hard or acidic/alkaline water.

I recently had a RainSoft water treatment system installed in my house, and have never been more pleased.

Before the system was installed I had to replace my old well with a 4” well. I was told that with this new well I would never need a water softener system again. So, the one that was already in my home I had removed. On the contrary, this was a bad decision on my part, and was definitely not true. My water was hard and the taste was terrible. After waiting a few weeks, hoping that the circulation would cure the problem and my water would eventually start to taste better, I realized that I needed to reinstall a new water softener.

 

I now am a proud owner of a RainSoft water treatment system and couldn’t be any happier. The water is so soft and I have never been able to take long showers like I do now (I find myself saying, “Helen get out of the shower”). We would like to thank you and your staff for a wonderful product. While we were skeptical at first that it would live up to your claims, we are pleasantly surprised that our skin is much softer and our clothes are much cleaner. We have had your product in our home for the past 30 days and have enjoyed every moment of it. Your free water sampling and demonstration was shocking and kind of scary. When I moved to the country I thought the water would be as clean as the air, I never expected that we would have to worry about iron levels, the nitrates, etc….in our drinking water. No wonder why there are so many incidences of kidney stones and cancer in this region.

 

I have to admit I was concerned about the cost of the system, and I don’t look forward to my monthly payments. Like anything of value, it is an investment. The product may not increase in value or significantly increase the value of my house. It has however, virtually eliminated our costs for soap detergents. I have to admit, I was skeptical about that too, but we have used less than ¼ of the soap we use to, and your gift of the soap should last us a few years and cut down on our grocery bill as promised. The health and comfort benefits to my family outweigh the costs, even without the added savings. Our skin is not as dry, our hair is cleaner, no after taste in our drinking water, and our clothes are much cleaner.

Have you ever had anyone write to you and say that before RainSoft came into their life, they were depressed about the quality of their water? We were buying bottled water to drink and use in our coffee. We could not wash our cars in the driveway because the water always left water spots on the painted surfaces. We had already purchased a water softener and filter. They helped some but we still had problems with our water.

In desperation, I stopped by your office one day and asked if you would test our water and make some recommendations. You called me right away and made an appointment to come to our home on a Saturday!

We were so impressed with your products (RainSoft), and your demonstration and presentation that we made our purchase that very day. And, to our surprise, the installer came the next day (Sunday) and did the installation, all in a little over an hour. The installer was really patient and explained how everything worked. He even took all the empty boxes with him.

I have been wanting to write you a letter to thank you.  I know it sounds unusual to be thanking you since I am the person who is purchasing this system. Please let me explain why, I always thought my well water was the best tasting palatable water around to the point of bragging to all our friends and family, almost like pure artesian water.

Well Dave, first showed us how much cloudy our water was compared to your filtered water, then you made us feel the difference on our hands, the smoothness it left after using the filtered water compared to my “Pure Artesian Water” (my original thought).

I thought right away, if my hands felt this smooth how would my body feel after a shower. Emily and I have really felt this difference on our body, how shining and smooth our hair was after a shampoo.
