I hope that all is well with you and your family. All is well with us since we've been using our new RainSoft water system.
We've only had our unit for a little over a month, so I'm sure we have not seen all of the benefits.
What we have noticed in this short period of time is:
1. quite a difference in our clothing after washing and drying.
2. a big difference in the way we feel after a shower.
3. a difference in foods that are cooked on top of the stove or steamed in our steamer.
4. the sliding doors on our shower seem cleaner and easier to clean.
5. and most of all, the taste of water from the tap. Its much like the taste of expensive bottled water.
At this time, we can not see how we could go back to old water, before RainSoft.
One of the things that helped us to make the decision to purchase RainSoft was your presentation. Harold, you made us feel hat we were under no pressure. You allowed us to make our own decision.
But, maybe the most important thing is that you helped us to understand what was going on during the presentation. You didn't try to impress us with big, fancy, terminology.
Everything was explained very clearly in terms that we were able to understand.

must admit that I was hesitant to have my “water tested” by a pushy
salesman. However, Brian was friendly, knowledgeable and made it a
learning experience for me. As a matter of fact the units were
installed the next day without complications. The installers were
friendly, informative and best of all left my home debris free. Larry,
the finance guy explained the paperwork fully to me and answered all my
