I found Bruce, representative for RainSoft of Indianapolis, very knowledgeable about water quality and the products he represents. I found him non-threatening in the sales area of the conversations concerning prices. We enjoyed the demonstration and we look forward to the benefits of our water treatment equipment.

My son and I love our great tasting water - no more running to the store for bottled water!  Kim is a great person and really gives you wonderful service and is very knowledgeable.  Our unit was installed the next day and I wish I had gotten it sooner.

No spots on fixtures.  Husband likes how he feels after taking a bath.  Clothes are alot softer.  Dog likes drinking it.  Wooden floor cleaner without any tricks, all products I like.  RainSoft is well worth the investment even with having city water.  What an improvement overall.

I just wanted to let you know how excited I am about our new purchase. In fact, the install technician is here right now doing a wonderful job. I really appreciate the fact that both my dealer and the install tech are answering any and all questions I have. My family and I are extremely thankful to you for opening our eyes as to what kind of water we've been dealing with. I don't think that a thank you is enough for what you have done. I'm honestly thinking about the possibility of working for the company because to me, it's a company worth working for. I'm a mother of three young boys and I'm so glad we have the system now. Thank you RainSoft and if there is any possible way I could learn more about the company, please let me know. I would put all my heart into sharing what you can do to help families like myself.

My ice tea is sparkling clear brown instead of charcoal muddy looking.  My whites are whiter and brighter.  Colors are brighter.  When shampooing and showering the soaps make us feel cleaner, our hair is silkier and we smell so good.  We had extremely bad water but with RainSoft, it is a wonderful water treatment system.  It's a wonderful treatment on our skin too.

I like having great water at my home and not having to buy bottled water.   I don't use as much salt as we did with our old system. The cleaning products smell wonderful and work great.  Customer Service was very friendly and very helpful.

In the mid 90's I became a RainSoft customer with my ex-husband and I aboslutely loved our water system. I divorced in the late 90's and since our home was his childhood home, I let him have it along with our clean water. In January of this year, my fiancee received a call about a water test and to my delight, it was the RainSoft people! It was the best investment we ever made!  Toilet tanks were black on inside of walls and are now CLEAR.  Showers are absolutely wonderful, the best in years. Good taste of water and ice.  No under-taste from regular city water. Pretty good turn around time on refilling with new water.  No bad smell in water.  Easy to flush system every other week.

I don't have to clean my tub  shower as often.  My skin hasn't broke out in blotches after a shower and my son's skin has cleared up.  He has acne really bad.  The air system has helped out a lot to with no foul odor's anymore.  I recommend for anyone to get a new system.  We only have gone through 10lbs. of salt compared to 3-4 bags a week with our old system.
