Dick and I set up an appointment with a Sales Representative from "AMAZING WATER, LLC", Toledo, OH. From that day on, March 31, 2008, we knew we did the right thing. The demonstration was excellent. We had the Air & Water Systems installed as soon as possible. The advantage of installing the new system far outweighs our previous source of city water.

We had just moved in our new home about a week earlier when Keith stopped to introduce himself. We thought something was wrong with the dishwasher until Keith started to talk about our water. He offered to test the water and explain what we were experiencing. My wife and I talked about it and checked with the BBB and called Keith back 2 days later to say we were ready for some good water. We rent a water softener from you and I wanted to let you know what a great staff you have. We noticed that our water was hard, but we called late on a friday. They were not able to come out at that time of day, but gave me a temporary workaround solution until they could come out on monday. Your technician showed up on time and had the problem solved, cleaned up and was out the door in a short time. Please let them know how much we appreciate their work.

My water was hard so I talked to some neighbors to see what they had done. Several of my neighbors recommended RainSoft. My salesman ( Keith ) was on time and very knowledgeable. He made suggestions on the systems that I would need and also made a suggestion on where to put the salt container to make it easy to put salt in. The installers were on time, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. It is unusual today to find someone that does what they say they will and more.

I noticed that my water softener was not running and decided that I probably needed a new one since it was 22 years old. I called my dealer ( RainSoft of Cincinnati ) and person who answered quickly accessed my file and told me that many of the parts have a life-time warranty, so I might need only a repair. Doug ( My repairman ) called and set an appointment. He arrived on that day several minutes early, was very pleasent, examined the water softener and said he only needed to replace three parts. He also said that the machine was in good shape and should last quite a few more years. He answered several questions I had about the system and could not have been more helpful and pleasant. As I said, I have had RainSoft employees deliver salt over many years and can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience with them or the office staff. Keep up the good work.
