I am writing this letter to thank you so much for putting in our RainSoft water conditioner. We purchased the Amazon Gold and P-12 Hydrefiner Drinking Water System a couple of weeks ago---and what a change we see already. Our dry skin has improved unbelievably fast. We don’t have to use only a fraction of dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, etc. What a difference!

And the drinking water—no more “stinky” chemical smell—what a joy to get a glass of water and taste pure water—not chemicals.

We are sure that with all the money we will save on soaps, detergents, cleaning supplies that we’ll quickly pay for the water conditioner!

We would like to thank you for selling us our RainSoft water conditioner, it has done wonders for our water. There are no longer stains in the showers or toilets bowls, so we are saving money because we do not have to buy extra cleaning supplies to clean them. We can now drink our water and know that it is good for us. Our whites are now white when we wash them and not a dingy yellow color and our colors are brighter. We have noticed that our skin is not as dry feeling as it used to be. Our children really enjoy taking a bath in clear water instead of the orange water that, they were taking them in. Our 18 month old has even noticed the difference, she now says that the bathtub is clean. We are really enjoying our new water, thank you.

I am writing to express my satisfaction with the RainSoft water treatment system that my family had installed in our home 2 and ½ months ago. There is a noticeable difference in the quality of our water and it is because of this treatment system.

 

Although my family is very pleased with this product, it was with skepticism that we even agreed to have our water tested by one of your consultants. We live in a small, rural town in upstate New York and our water supply comes from a fresh water spring. We were convinced that our spring water was good, if not better, than the expensive bottled water you find in the stores. If anything, the tests provided by Pure Water Consultants would only confirm this assumption so we went ahead. To our surprise, the consultant found that our spring water was hard and acidic. The consultant explained that this was why we often had deposits in the drains of our sink and tub.

 

After having the water treatment system installed, our water tastes better and the deposits along our sinks and tub have gone away. I think we finally have the spring water we always thought we had.

We have had our RainSoft system for 3 months now and absolutely love it! Not only was the installation swift and efficient but the Gold series itself runs beautifully. Before RainSoft we had really hard water and we didn’t want our newborn to have to be anywhere near it. So we talked to a couple of people and they said to contact RainSoft because it did wonders for them. Needless to say we did and got the system in before our little bundle of joy arrived. Thank God. Now we feel confident in cleaning him and his clothes as well as making formula for him. Another big plus is we now know our cats can drink clean water which seems to help them a lot. The water hardness levels in our town are very high and mineral buildup on our plumbing fixtures has always been a problem. Since our RainSoft System was installed in October 2005 this problem has vanished. Our showerheads and toilet bowls stay clean and the unsightly deposits on our faucets are gone. I have also noted that we use far less soap in the laundry and dishwasher. Our dishes are cleaner and I’ve found that if I wash our cars with softened water, they air dry spot free.

After the demonstration, my husband and I decided to have RainSoft installed. The main reason for me was the taste of the water. I’m so in love with my water now, that I cant stand not to have at least one bottled filled from the tap with me at all times, and I usually have more than one. A neighbor of ours was out cutting wood; Bob took a bottle of water filled from our tap down to him. He was very impressed with the taste and natural coldness of it. He told us about their conditioner, (from Sears), that runs two to three times a week, and their water is still not anywhere near as good as ours. We got to brag how ours runs only once a week.

 

Our youngest son was the first to notice how cold the water was coming straight from the tap, and that is without letting it run first. It is immediately cold. On the other hand the hot water is immediately hot. We have that on the lowest setting before, the VACATION setting.

 

As time went on I noticed that after I washed my hair I didn’t have globs of it coming out as it had been doing since my thirteen-year-old was born! Then a week ago, I was looking at my husband and noticed he had hair growing back where he previously had none! Now I call our conditioner the “Miracle Water Maker”.

 

During our demonstration we talked about the health aspect of water without the natural minerals, including calcium and are they healthy or not. Your representative said that water cleaned by the conditioner will only affect your body in good ways and will help prevent kidney stones and other internal build-ups. He also explained that the body does not process the minerals in this hard form. And they will build up in your body just like in your teapot, tub etc. Frankly, we didn’t believe him. At the risk of sounding uncouth, my husband being a truck driver noticed that there are no longer sediments in his urine which were there before. So, we have to assume your representative was telling the truth! Since health issues are extremely important to us, we were happy to see this result.

 

I also want to express my pleasure with your soap products. I especially love the body wash and dish soap.

I just want to say what a wonderful system RainSoft is and we are enjoying it so much!

 

Everything you said about the system is true. I remember you saying some of the details that we would notice about the system like, less lint in the dryer, less coffee we would consume, not having to clean the shower scum off the tub; I have to say that these things are all true! What a difference!

 

We love it that we have our refrigerator hooked up to the RainSoft system and we are getting ice and water on our refrigerator door which is healthy and tastes so good!

 

We are all drinking more water now right from the tap and we don’t have to lug around jugs that we used to buy from the store. What a savings and convenience!

I was very surprised when you all showed me exactly what the Village water was really like. I knew it had a lot of chlorine in it but I did not realize all the other stuff that was in it. I know I wasn’t drinking it as I grew up on well water but my children were drinking this water. When I was also shown what was in the bottle water that I was buying to drink I was very shocked by it and asked how can they allow people to drink such water. So I immediately asked about your RainSoft system at which time I decided to buy the system.

 

This system is really great I now can drink my water without having to go to the store to buy it or go to my Dad’s to get water to drink. I also feel more assured that my children are drinking pure water instead of chemicals and bacteria.

 

When family and friends come to visit they ask why my water tastes different than everyone else’s water here in the village. I then go on to explain to them about your system and what was found in the water.

 

I am also using less laundry soap and dish soap thanks to RainSoft which is saving me a lot of money each month. My clothes are coming out much cleaner and my dishes don’t have water spots on them when they dry.

Dear RainSoft:

 

We have had the RainSoft water treatment system in our home for about 6 weeks. We are very impressed with it. The first thing I noticed was how good the coffee tasted, with NO sediment left in the cup.

 

We find that we do not need to use as much detergent for the washer and the dishwasher as we did before. I was surprised the other day when I loaded the dishwasher to see that it is cleaner inside.

 

Our skin feels softer as does our hair and we do not use as much soap or shampoo. I do not use the ton of moisturizer lotion on my skin as I use to.

 

I must admit I had trouble with the drinking water, to me it was too smooth. I now find I prefer it to the old water it feels so smooth on your tongue and teeth. My husband had no problem at all; in fact he preferred it right off.

 

The faucets are not water spotted as they use to be and everything is easier to clean.

 

The first time we heard it clean itself we had a little trouble figuring out what it was. Now we hardly hear it at all.

 

Last week, Dave Crum, our salesman, was in the area, had left a little time before next appointment to see if we were at home. He tested the water to be sure the “system” was working properly. It sure was. I felt this was an added bonus in professionalism!!

It has been almost 2 weeks since we have purchased our RainSoft water treatment system. We should have done it years ago. What a difference it has made.

 

I noticed the difference the next morning when I took my shower my skin felt really clean & soft. My husband also noticed the difference too which is unusual, because I think men don’t pay attention to certain things as woman do.

 

We also purchased a filter system for our drinking water. That too was a good move. We drank water before, but even more so now.

I would like to thank Rich Boylan, Pure Water Technician salesman for all the information he provided to us & also to Jason who actually installed our unit, they both were very professional.

I would highly recommend a RainSoft water treatment system to anyone that has any kind of water problem.

My name is Roberta Dunham and I recently purchased the Ecy Water Conditioning System. I just wanted to tell you how much me and my family love it our skin is softer our clothes are cleaner and we have already started saving money we use less laundry soap, shampoo, dish soap, etc. and the best part is my children are drinking more water. We used to fight with them about drinking water but now they want water. There is no argument only on who gets to the sink first. So now my children are getting healthier and the amount of Kool-Aid, Sugar and Soda-pop has greatly decreased saving us even more and when you have a family of six every penny counts. I am writing to thank you for the RainSoft Water Treatment System that you sold us.

 

It was quite an eye opener when you came out to the house to do the water test. As I explained at the time, we had only been in our new home for 1 year and we had been putting off getting a water system installed. We knew we needed something, since all of our new appliances along with the bathroom shower, toilet and kitchen sink were a lovely orange color from the hard water. Cleaning them was a chore that involved breathing in the fumes from the acid based cleaner that I was using.

 

The day the system was installed, I cleaned the toilet as a test case and I have not had to scrub that toilet once in the last 2 months – no more stains. I have since cleaned the kitchen sink – what a pleasure to see shiny stainless steel instead of something dull and orange. I left the shower stall for 2 months and I was thrilled to see what it started to clean itself just from daily use – which gave me great hope for my appliances and water pipes.

 

In addition to being able to throw away that acid based cleaner, everyone in the house is now drinking water directly out of the tap. No more need to buy bottled water. I can also see the difference in our older drinking glasses that had that little tinge to them and I am looking forward to being able to add white clothing to our wardrobes again without fear of them taking on that dingy look.

 

One final comment, I have called the service department twice with questions and concerns and they are always very helpful and friendly and have taken care of my issues in a very timely manner.

We had a RainSoft representative come to our home to do a water test on March 6, 2007. We had entered a drawing and won a free water test, and that’s all we planned on having done. My husband and I absolutely agreed that we weren’t purchasing anything and if we did, it certainly wouldn’t be that evening. We both knew our water wasn’t the best, based own the look of our dishes after being washed, the taste of our drinking water and the fact that our clothes didn’t seem to last. However, after seeing the contents of our water, we realized the extent of our problems. I was ready to buy a new dishwasher, even though we had only lived in the house for 6 months and the dishwasher was obviously not more than a year old. I blamed everything for the dishwasher’s problems, such as: my inability to operate it correctly, our garbage disposal system backing up, or the fact that maybe it was simply older than I thought or broken. However, the first load of dishes I washed after the new system had been installed came out looking brand new, and this is with a quarter of the amount of soap I had always used, without Jet Dry! I then proceeded to wash a load of clothes, with NO soap and they came out just as clean and fresh as the RainSoft rep. had promised. We are extremely satisfied with this system and we are looking forward to more savings, on top of the things we have already saved on, such as soap, time and money.  Thank you!

It’s a pleasure to be writing this letter in appreciation for having David Crumb in our home to re-introduce us to “RainSoft” –The number one in water treatment.

 

We had purchased the RainSoft AQ and R/O in Texas in 1996 and loved it!, so when Dave came to us in July of 2006 here in Wellsboro, PA., we gladly purchased the same again. Now my husband drinks the water from the faucet, instead of purchasing cases of drinking water monthly. We have also found a huge savings in soaps, as you do not use as much, and our skin feels so much smoother, and not dry.

 

With the occasional water problems our town has, it’s not a problem now for us with the system we have in our. So YES – we are very happy with our RAIN SOFT WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM!!
