Just wanted to let you know how much I love my new system! Drinking lots of water, cleaning less and feel healthy. Thank you for the great customer service you all have shown me. Oh! hair color stays longer!!!! as a retired stylist this means alot.

Thank you for coming to our home and testing our water recently. We found that you were very knowledgeable and we appreciated how patient you were with all our questions.
We still can't believe how much chlorine was in our tap water - as much as in a swimming pool! Mike and I enjoyed all the tests and demonstrations you performed for us including:
1) Taking out old stains from our carpet with RO water (AMAZING!)
2) Cleaning the greasy window with RO water
3) The hardness test comparing our tap water, our filtered cooler water and the RO water. It was surprisingly interesting to see that the cooler water still had some hardness in it compared to the RO water and how hard our tap water REALLY was. Disgusting.
THAT'S JUST TO NAME A FEW.
Since the QRS, EC4 AND RO were installed on Aug 13, 2009, we've really noticed how little soap is needed for cleaning anything around the house, including the laundry. We literally only need a drop of detergent, at the most. Receiving the free soap was an added bonus as well.
We just love having the convenience of fresh clean water on tap. Mike takes it to work every day (and he works in a hospital). The food we cook tastes much better now that there's no more chlorine in it as well.
Our skin feels softer and the whole family feels healthier.

My husband and I enjoy our new water softener and reverse osmosis. I used to gag every time I drank water but now I can drink water without gagging. My husband’s hair used to be fuzzy and fly away, now it is soft and his curls are back. My skin is a lot softer. When I was doing laundry I noticed when it was draining the water was actually black. I was very grossed out to think that we were wearing clothes that weren't completely clean before. My dishes squeak now when I wash them. My laundry tub used to be full of scum and black stuff, now it is always clean. We were very impressed with our Technician, not trying to push us into any commitment; the plumber was very friendly and helpful. Overall we feel that you and your co workers made our decision a pleasant one.
