Thanks again so so much for the steps you took to bring delicious, pure water into our home, and the lives of all who visit Camellia House! We visited Toronto this weekend - and as soon as I brought the glass of water to my lips- I stopped and could *smell* the chlorine in it - just as our installer had mentioned! The tea is better, and I'm enjoying drinking water for the first time.
I truly appreciate the follow up you took with us - so often clients may be interested, but to 'take them over the line', is often not a question of interest, just being busy etc... The fact that you called, that you came to explain the product in person - that you even came with that 1L of water (which, for me, was the deciding factor) - all helped us to become a RainSoft customer. Keep up the hard work! The customer support you offer/offered made all the difference for us.
We are so thrilled, so pleased with our system, that I'd like to know more about it in terms of brochure or cards. We have roughly 100 guests a month through Camellia House, and would love to promote your product! Do you have brochures you could send/drop in our mailbox? We would also be interested in hosting an event on the importance of Water in the coming months and wonder if you might be interested in speaking at such an event? (A short presentation - perhaps 15 - 20 min. of course on RainSoft line, but also on the environmental reasons, health reasons to use such a system). Our Exploring Culture Network (www.exploringculture.net < http://www.exploringculture.net/> ) and Camellia Teas of Ottawa (www.camelliateas.net < http://www.camelliateas.net/> ) clientele would be very interested in such a presentation/water tasting event.

"I wanted to tell you how happy we are with the new RainSoft Water Softener."
Just a quick note to thank you for your visit yesterday to see how we were doing and to give us a quick demonstration of "how" to put the salt in, etc. I wanted to tell you how happy we are with the new RainSoft Water Softener. Within 20 minutes, of having the Apollo Gold unit installed, I noticed a difference in the water. My hands actually felt silky. The spots on the stainless steel sink could be wiped away very easily. Before installing this softener I found that my tea had a scum or film on it and the toilets were getting crusty. Since this house was a brand new house (1 month), I was worried what my toilets and appliances (i.e. washer, dishwasher, kettle, etc.) would be like after a year. After 2 days, I noticed a change in the crusty feel of the toilet bowl. As for my tea, the very first evening at supper I noticed that the tea film or scum had disappeared.
