     So far the RainSoft system has delivered on its promise and we are pleased with the results. The fact that we now have pure great tasting water flowing to our ice cube/water dispenser in the refrigerator is worth the price of admission. Sodas and juice are no longer spoiled by the smell and taste of “bad ice.”

 

     We were a little skeptical about using the RainSoft brand cleaning products instead of the national brands to which we were accustomed. Now that we have had the chance to use them we really like them. We are using only a fraction of the amount of all of the different soap products than we used previously and our children love the extra bubbles when they take a bath. The water in the shower leaves our skin and hair noticeably softer and smoother. Even in these dry winter months our skin feels less itchy. Our daughter was born two weeks after we had the system installed and we are thankful we decided to purchase the system when we did. It gives us peace of mind that the water is cleaner now. Our dishes come out of the dishwasher with no spots. The bathroom and kitchen look cleaner for longer without those hard water deposits.

 

     Finally we are glad that installation was not only easy but that the system is portable. We move often with the military and it would be hard at this point to go back to unfiltered water.      Wendy and I can’t begin to tell you how happy we are with our new RainSoft water system. We believe this is one of the best investments we have ever made. The water tests that you conducted on our tap water compared to RainSoft treated water were a real “eye-opener.” Wendy and I have always been big water drinkers. It’s practically all we ever drink. We are so thankful to have seen what we have been drinking compared to the purified water we are now getting with our RainSoft system. You know how some women are; they buy a different shampoo every month and it’s always the most expensive they can find. Well, because of the RainSoft conditioned water, she has never been happier. Her hair, actually our hair, is softer, shinier and more manageable. Also, our skin is softer and so are our clothes. We do not even use fabric softeners anymore for our clothes which is saving us money. As a matter of fact, our Wal-mart bill is about twenty dollars cheaper each week that it was before our purchases of the RainSoft system as we no longer buy any soap/cleaning products.

 

     As you know, we have recommended the RainSoft system to many of our friends. Wendy and I feel that they would be crazy not to take a serious look at it. We have had our RainSoft Water Treatment System for more than 2 years now.  We are very glad we bought the system, as our water was very hard.  The first thing we noticed was the lack of chemical smells from the running water as it flowed out of the faucet.  This makes the water more appealing to drink straight from the faucet.  We used to have a Britta Water Filtration System, and we don't have to use it anymore.  We have two little kids who like to drink a lot of water, and now they are enjoying our water very much.

When taking a shower, we noticed our hair and skin being softer.

We have a hot tub, and used to get lime deposits on the sensor, and in the tub, that has greatly been reduced.  We used to get mineral deposits on the shower and facet heads, which no longer occurs.

The humidifier we use, developed mineral deposits on the heating element.  We had to soak it for 24 hours in Lime Away to remove it.  We no longer have to do that.

We also enjoy the soaps and detergents given to us.  We are saving money because we are still using your products.

We have also had a great response when we called regarding problems we had resetting the unit after adding salt tablets.  The people we spoke with talked us through the process to help us reset the unit.

     Over a year ago, our family located to Lebanon, Tennessee. Within six months, we began having gastrointestinal difficulties. After numerous tests and doctors visits, we discovered that ingested bacteria caused our problems. Our conclusion, humorous at first, was that it must be the water. Letters from the water company revealed that the water was not up to par. Immediately we began to purchase bottled water. We were cautious about even using ice from our freezer and always feared that merely brushing out teeth might bring on the sickness. We knew we needed “to do something,” but what?

 

     We were introduced to RainSoft and educated on the pollutants in our water and the chemicals used to “clean” our drinking water. At that point, the only decision we needed to make was when to install the system. Though the system seemed like a pricey initial investment, we knew that in the long run we would recuperate the cost by reducing doctor bills, reducing cleaning supplies, and by overall improvement in quality of living. We have not been disappointed.

 

     We highly recommend RainSoft and have encouraged all our family and friends to look into this water purification system. Now, we are all drinking more water because the water taste better and we do not fear drinking it. Dad has had problems with eczema for years and has seen his skin clear up within a week; also, his fingers are no longer splitting at his nails. We are using 1/10 of our normal cleaning supplies including dishwasher detergent, washing machine detergent, shampoo, soap, and bathroom cleaners. Our teenagers notice a difference in their cleaner and shinier complexions and smell fresher. The glasses sparkle. There is no longer a slight chlorine smell after cleaning; everything in the house smells clean. And when momma is happy then everyone is happy. Even guests in our home who had visited before we installed RainSoft notice the difference.

 

     RainSoft is our answer to polluted and chemically treated water. In this day and age when we are so conscious about healthiness and noting what goes in our mouths, it is comforting to know that the water we drink, bathe in, and clean with is pure. And for that reason alone, we would purchase RainSoft all over again. If we were wealthy, RainSoft is the gift we would give all of our extended families.

    Wow! Any doubt we might have had as to how well the RainSoft System would really perform was completely swept away within the first few days of its installation in our new home. The difference in quality with the treated water was instantly revealed in our cleaner laundry, dished, drinking water and softer skin. Not to mention how refreshing it was to finally get ice cubes from the ice maker that no longer smelled like chlorine.

 

    We were amazed at how much laundry we cold do with only a fraction of the soap we were accustomed to using. And, finding our clothes feeling softer without having to add fabric softener or dryer sheets to each load, was wonderful. We know this alone with help us save a great deal of money, as laundry soap products are so expensive these days.

 

    We also need to mention how much better our new washer appears to be performing. Like you mentioned in your presentation, our machines can only perform as well as the water we use to run through them. For the first time, we feel like we're getting the most out of our washer.

 

    It's also been nice to pull the dishes of the dishwasher without having to polish off any hard water spots. My stainless steel pots and pans look brand new without the extra polishing work. Even the hard water spots on my kitchen and bathroom faucets have disappeared.

 

    And, perhaps the greatest benefit of all is the peace of mind in knowing that when we take a glass of drinking water from the tap we don't have to worry about what harmful chemicals maybe lurking undetected within it. The water tastes great, which makes the food we prepare with it even better, and we've noticed the flavors in our teas and coffee to be even richer.

 

    We are thoroughly pleased with our new system and would recommend it to anyone. The benefits to our health and daily way of life are real, which makes RainSoft worth every penny.

My husband and I love our new RainSoft water system. We began to see the benefits within the first few days of the system being installed. The most noticeable change is the quality of the water. I am writing to tell you how pleased I am with the RainSoft water purification system I purchased from your firm in may of this year. After using the system for over 60 days, I can honestly say that the system is worth every penny I spent for it. I have noticed that I can attribute to having soft water. 

 

Among them are these:

• The bright work in the two bathroom tubs and showers stays clean... in fact, it started to "clean itself" the first week using the treated water.
• Taking a shower is a treat, now... I am using the soap provided as part of the promotional package, and I must say, I really like it. A little bit makes suds forever.
• No bath tub rings! No "schmutz" around the kitchen or bathroom water faucets.
• My Fiancee's eczema has disappeared, as has mine. Our skin is soft and clear.
• Look Ma! No dandruff! The dry scalp and beard problems have all but vanished.
• Laundry gets clean with an ounce of the laundry soap included in the package... it used to take three or more ounces of our favorite detergent per load to get clothes clean.
• There is practically no lint in the dryer lint trap now
• The dishwasher gets dishes absolutely spotless with less than half the cleaner.

I didn't realize how quickly we would begin to take the Reverse Osmosis-purified water for granted. After we drank the purified drinking water for a few weeks, as well as cooking with it, we were at a rather nice restaurant and had to water with our meal. Yuck! I now refill my water bottles from the drinking water tap, and I always have a couple bottles on the night stand. I love the stuff! Coffee and tea brewed with purified water are absolutely delicious! Food cooked with it tastes better.

 

As an engineer with some stationary plant and electro-chemical experience. I have been aware for years that soft water is better for any type of plumbing, and is a must for any industrial aqueous chemical process. What I didn't know until I bought this system was how much it can improve one's quality of life. I heard your sales representative refer to that, and of course my thoughts were:

 

        "Yeah...OK. I'm ready to buy based on my understanding of the technical issues. Quality of life is a sales gimmick."

 

Wrong. Boy, oh boy, how wrong could I be? I must say that, overall, the installation of the whole-house water treatment system and Reverse Osmosis drinking water system has in fact, improved our quality of life to a degree far beyond what one might expect if one has not experienced the change first-hand.

 

In closing, I will say that I'm extremely happy with system due to results I see every day. In addition, being able to finance the entire installation was a great benefit. I have figured that my actual out-of-pocket expense for this system is about $29 a month. Cheap. Worth every penny, and more.

"Experience the Tranquility"

Just a quick note to thank you for your visit yesterday to see how we were doing and to give us a quick demonstration of "how" to put the salt in, etc. I wanted to tell you how happy we are with the new RainSoft Water Softener.  Within 20 minutes, of having the Apollo Gold unit installed, I noticed a difference in the water.  My hands actually felt silky.  The spots on the stainless steel sink could be wiped away very easily.  Before installing this softener I found that my tea had a scum or film on it and the toilets were getting crusty.  Since this house was a brand new house (1 month), I was worried what my toilets and appliances (i.e. washer, dishwasher, kettle, etc.) would be like after a year.  After 2 days, I noticed a change in the crusty feel of the toilet bowl.  As for my tea, the very first evening at supper I noticed that the tea film or scum had disappeared.

It has now been just over a week since our RainSoft system was installed. While normally it would be difficult to evaluate a product in this amount of time, that is not the case with our RainSoft unit. The effects of the system are almost immediate- from the glass doors on our showers that all of the sudden are clear instead of water spotted, to the noticeable change in the morning coffee and the softness of our skin. We are avid wine drinkers and host many tastings. What a pleasure it is to wash and rinse our fine crystal wine glasses and have them come clean with now water spots. Good-bye to polishing our crystal before each event.

After seeing the water that we were normally using and knowing now that the water is clean, and truly the way water was meant to be, gives us great peace of mind. We are so pleased with our RainSoft system that words do not adequately describe our feelings.

Lastly, we want to comment on the RainSoft products - they are incredible! We have used all sorts of cleaning products but these products really clean! The glass and surface cleaners is nothing short of a miracle cleaner. It cleans spotlessly and there is absolutely no streaking. No going back over and over the mirrors and windows to ensure a streak free finish. It is truly once and done!

1) Two days after installation we noticed the following in both the upstairs bathroom and down stairs washroom - instead of having to hold the flush handle down until the water had almost completely emptied the bowl, we can trip & hold the handle a couple of seconds and walk away, knowing that the toilet will do its job completely.

 

2) Our basement laundry sink, of 13 years, has been used to clean almost everything under the sun including paint rollers, brushes and paint trays. I could not get it clean no matter what method I used. A new sink seemed to be the only solution. One night I filled the sink to the brim and added about 1/2 cup of RainSoft degreaser. I let it soak overnight and then went to work on it. With some effort, I was able to bring the old sink back to almost new looking condition. No caked on paint, no rust stains and no dirty grey scum.

 

3) We found that the RainSoft window cleaner was a good cleaning product but it was difficult to remove the streaks on glass. We found that (our champagne water, as we like to call it) from the RO unit did a much better job on our windows and mirrors, without streaking and with less the effort.

 

4) Our stainless steel kitchen sink with always looked spotty, now it shines all the time with a quick wipe with a paper towel. I also have a spray bottle of champagne water to clean off my stainless steel barbecue and keep it shiny after use.

 

5) The RainSoft degreaser, which we used this past month to clean the whole house before our son's wedding, was amazing. Used in its strongest dilution, it removed dirt and grime that neither CLR or Mr. Clean would touch. It made my cleaning chores a whole lot easier.

This system is amazing! I would like to thank you for being instrumental in solving an issue in our marriage.  I have been living in my husband's house a little over 3 years now and he has well water.  He has had to listen to me gripe and complain all this time about how dry my hair and skin have been from bathing in it, and all the products I had to use to keep them soft.  Also I complained about how as soon as the towels and facecloths got wet they smelled sour.  Then a year ago when I bought a new car I was told not to use well water to wash it with, as hard water is not good for the paint job.  Needless to say, I didn't wash my car very much this past year.

I would like to let you know how pleased I am with my RainSoft and Reverse Osmosis Water System. I have had pure water for over a year now and I don't think I could ever go back to drinking tap water. But it is much more than drinking great tasting, pure water that has impressed my family.

When I was thinking of purchasing my RainSoft water purifier I started asking some of my friends what they thought. As it turned out, most of them already had RainSoft in their homes.
